Bargink528 yes, they were reborn after they died. Mario’s mind was protected somehow and brought from the previous universe into the next. His body was clearly destroyed and remade though, based on what Rosalina says.

A good example would be Super Mario 3D Land and Super Mario 64 when they are totally different. (Even if the Toads could have repaired it after Bowser's attacks, there was many times the castle remained intact.)

A little correction: a black hole doesent "suck" stuff up; stuff "falls" into it This is important because if we were to sobtitute the sun for an equally massive black hole, the solar sistem would not fall in the black hole, nothing would change (if we don't count the fact that it would get REALLY COLD). This isn't a critic, just a clarification; all the rest was fine ; P

you know this heavily implies that Mario Peach the castle Bowser Luigi and Rosalina were the only originals that survived every other Mario character is from the new universe the originals are long lost also this would explain power moons and why Peach's castle still has power stars as it wasn't remade it was instead placed into this new universe since the castle was intact thus Peach's castle carries the last remaining power stars

I have a theory of my own that doesn’t have anything to do with this theory,just wanted to share it tho.. What if maybe,just maybe.. Rosalina and Peach are sisters? That could explain why we haven’t seen Peach’s parents and why the castle in the background of many pictures of this book looks like the Mushroom Kingdom’s.Although it’s weird since they never showed a second small figure that could’ve possibly represented Peach’s younger version.. hmm.

Well,if a black hole starts sucking it's own mass in,it will keep concentrating it's mass into a smaller and smaller point. I believe that this will sooner or later break the black hole as it's gravitational force can't withstand it's own inner pressure anymore,thus creating an expansion. This is how new stars are born.

No. A blackhole is just a point in space where gravity is so intense and concentrated that light cannot escape. The black hole would just be creating a new blackhole. And seeing how all matter is torn apart into subatomic particles when entering a black hole, how would that matter suddenly come together, recombine, and form new atoms out of no where? They would be expelled to quickly for that to happen and would most likely just decay into their quarks or something.
