As always, the Earth is the boundless endless source of food! Those are young, tender, slender shoots! Although hard heavy and a bit scary, the rain exudes relaxation, even the chickens love it. Amazing they don't take shelter, Rain cleans the air, everything. .. another organic entree. Maybe assemble a cookbook! Am so relaxed and sleepy watching and listening! Does Mao Mao like the rain?

Hello Robert......Always a joy to watch you in the video. I love watching the rainfall and the puddle of water flowing along with a serene and calm of the jungle. Thank you for showing us some delicious cooking....yummy...I am feeling so hungry already, especially when you added some eggs to the minced pork. Please do not slide your fingers across the knife. But I don't think we have wild boars just roaming around in the forest as much as you have there. Robert, was surprised to see you collect the wild leaves. We call it "kaduk leaf" in Malaysia. We use it to be the base where we place a special mixture of fish paste and spices... we steam and eat. This dish we call otak-otak in my country, a speciality with nothern Straits Chinese in Malaysia. Very nice flavour.
