Great video! We are about to embark on our first dry camping excursion. We live in las vegas and have similar terrain...we'll, literally all around us. I'm curious how your generator worked out for you? We wanted to get the honda...but the price point was a harsh sell for starting out. So that is really my biggest question as we are trying to find the best one for us. But your video just makes me more excited to get out and off the grid for a few days.. also, what would you say your families average fresh water consumption is for 2 nights camping. Trying to Gauge our use. We've always been tent campers before so know how to stretch a gallon when no running water is available.

When the kids are grown and gone we plan to do a Van as well! Although we don't have a specific channel to recommend there are tons of videos on KZbin showing their builds.

How fast do you go on the freeway with the trailer

Try to keep it below 65mph. Most trailer tires are not rated to go faster. Mine are but for safety reasons I like to keep it slow
