Ingredients:-
For boiling chicken:-
1 kg chicken
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt
½ cup water.
For Roast:-
½ cup refined oil
5 cardamom (crushed)
4-5 sticks cinnamon (crushed)
4-5 sliced onions
Boiled chicken
⅓ tsp red chilli powder/black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Chicken stock/broth.
