DRY CHICKEN

Ingredients
1. 1.5 kg chicken
2. 750 gm onion
3. Mustard oil
4. Roasted whole garam masala+ coriander (crushed)
5. Green chillies (mixed in onion paste)
6. Crushed garlic
7. Ginger garlic paste
8. Red chilli pawder
9. Coriander powder
10. Chicken masala
11. Parsley
12. Salt
13. Lemon
Instructions
1. Roast whole garam masala and crush it.
2. Heat mustard oil until smoked and cool it down.
3. Add cinnamon and bay leaves
4. Onion green chilli paste and half salt
5. Add crushed garam masala.
6. cook it until brown and add chicken.
7. Add ginger garlic paste and crushed garlic.
8. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, chicken masala.
9. Add lemon
9. Last but not the least add parsley.
Tips
Marinate chicken and add kewra water.
Enjoy with Liquor.
