Fun fact: when you look at the ingame Stalingrad in the port, you will see that the rear turret doesnt seem to have very good firing angles. There are some lifeboats sitting in the way. In battle however, these lifeboats have been removed, to give the rear turret a wider field of fire. You know your sailors have faith in their ship when they throw their own lifeboats overboard just to increase the ships efficiëntie in combat.

From all the nations, the russian (life-) boats tend to be missing quite often: sometimes only half of the boats are there, sometimes all are removed. Meanwhile other nations have to cope with their boats, limiting the firing angles of turrets. Balance comrade?

Small wooden boats were pretty universally removed during combat, as they were fire hazards and would be destroyed anyway by firing the guns. They were mostly used in port to shuttle sailors back and forth

Please WG, update ship datas in game to actually show displacement values of each ships. You show horse power, but not the displacement value. Would be useful to decide when/where put a speed boost module or not on a ship you just got in your inventory. ...to know if velocity is good enough or if it could truly use an engine boost depends on displacement value of each ships (when the option is disponible and when it matters to get a bit more velocity ofc, not in every cases), But it’s not disponible in game... ☹️ And overall, If you show HP values, you should also show displacement value... seems useful and logical, just saying.

Iowa? Well, Iowa was comparable to Bismarck class, the Italian Vittorio Veneto class, Vanguard class, and Yamato class. Yamato is the most impressive battleship class on human history, but Iowa was comparable to some other battleships. Besides, *there is already enough American Bias in the game,* don't ask them to add more, especially with *paper American ships* such as the new USN BB split line.

@@b-17gflyingfortress6 actually official blueprints for a more modern generation of bbs after Littorio/Vittorio Veneto -class do exist. WG just ignored that, maybe because of “schedule”, just to create some “historical” abominations. But I don’t complain about them being “paper-ships” (note that only tier IX and X are paper-ships in the Italian bb line, I don’t think we could say the same thing for the majority of the entire soviet tech tree), I know that a lot of projects weren’t completed due to various issues (Soviets focused on seal-clubbing germans on land and Italy had an extremely chronical shortage of building materials during the war) but I complain about them being “historical”. Italian battleship (above all Vittorio Veneto-class) had an extremely long potential range, just the opposite of what the Italian bb line will be. The torpedo protection, thanks to the Pugliese system, was top grade and the armor belt was thicker than Bismarck in the important parts of the ship. There were obviously a lot of flaws because of the antiquated mentality of the higher-ups in the Navy, for example the not so good AA or the fact that Italian ships didn’t have a radar that could be called as that (it was real shit) and the fact that the shell velocity was too high to be precise at very long ranges. I don’t want them to be OP, absolutely not because they personally won’t be fun to play, but I just want them to be really historically accurate as WG claim to be doing

Stalingrad won't be PR since AL approves ships to Normal Construction if they were under construction. Like Zeppelin, Amagi, Tosa, Rossiya etc. So Stalingrad wont be PR since you need a blueprint ship that didnt had construction stage

From what I read Stalingrad was planned to finish before November 1953. But Stalin died early 1953 so if he lived only 1 more year yes she would. But well her design study was used on Kirov class Battlecruisers later

So she gets MUCH faster shells because of having much longer barrels than Agir and Alaska and Azuma Speaking of Agir. Did you realise she is also decisive rarity? So Agir is actually has more rarity than Azuma doesnt she? Or are they same?
