The law requires him to disclose that information. I don't think it requires him to say how much he was paid but it definitely requires him to disclose the financial relationship. Keep that in mind when all these youtubers say "for full transparency"--it isn't necessarily stated because the youtuber is an ethical person, it is because they're required to comply with the law. NOW, I do not say this to detract from this particular youtuber, I'm just saying "it is what it is".

As an airsoft player using only GBB guns, I'd recommend VFC AR15 platform over KWA one. Much more robust, and a huge real steel parts compatibility.

You should try the Unit Solutions Unit 4. It’s a bit more expensive than airsoft but the recoil seems to be more realistic, it’s built by LMT so the quality is arguably better, and you have the option to use marking rounds as well as regular non marking rounds or blanks. Definitely thinking about going that route over airsoft.

it's an 8mm airsoft gun with in spec receivers. It's significantly more expensive due to the single use mags. IMO no where near the training value of airosft. But it is a step above airsoft, just not worth the cost IMO.

Downside to dry firing with GBB airsoft guns is you have to constantly hold the slide lock down and the bolt release. Is there blank magazines for GBB airsoft guns available? If so, I'd buy them for training.

Is it only compatible with KWA? VFC and GHK make 1:1 M4s. I am assuming it will work.

We actually had the KWA LM4’s for training during range days in the Navy, I’m not sure if we had the “bottom of the barrel” ones but in my most honest opinion, I tried being generous but they were kind of awful.

Had a kwa m4 and kwa p226. Never had issues with the m4 but the pistol sucked. Got rid of both as I didn’t find airsoft helpful

The Mantis product is cool but I will say(and can prove) that I have had to have my unit replaced twice now. They die very, very easily. I have the one with the 20 round mag style battery pack. Their customer service was helpful every time I had to get a replacement and even disclosed to me that there were some issues manufacturing the device that caused some of the units to die however the issue they discussed occurred with the laser unit itself whereas, at least on my second unit that died, my Blackbeard died because the battery went bad which was different from what the customer service rep described to me. I didn't think to test the first one before sending it in to Mantis so I don't know what killed that one. The third one still works. KWA GBBR's however are very cool and they actually work pretty damn well.

Nice this channel is awesome. I’m actually very pro getting paid to showcase a particular product. I think it only becomes a problem when reviewers skate over clear issues such as pistol reviews I have seen where it was clearly a paid video and the reviewer acts like a striker breaking or rounds not feeding properly isn’t that big of a deal WHEN IT INDEED IS. Just be honest about the flaws and talk about the use case of who the product might be for and who it might NOT be for and all is fine🙌

The transparency goes a long way for you as a reviewer and for the product. Knowing that a review is fair compensation and not some crazy amount tells me the manufacturer stands by their product.
