Hey giving up for a 1 Month is peanuts. I voluntarily gave up for a whole Year. And it was one of the most liberating things I've ever done. I use to have at least 3 drinks a night. Every night. And now I only have two alcoholic drinks a week. That's more money to save or spend on other things. That means I get up earlier in the day. And actually get to do something with that day. Now I've got to conquer having a desert everyday. I love my Ice Cream. But please don't ask me to give up Potatoes or Pasta (well at least not yet) ☮️

To GAVIN TM. I used to visit someone with cancer many times before they died. It's OK to bring food because 1. It's not hospital food 2. They really enjoy some company 3. They know you can't cure their cancer
