Dry Pour Concrete for an Outdoor Kitchen Base?

We are building an outdoor kitchen for our client. The way we would normally build the base for an outdoor kitchen would be to pour a concrete slab as the base for the outdoor kitchen to be resistant from freeze/thaw cycles so our countertop won't crack over time.
Gator Base has an R Value of 3.6 which acts as a thermal blanket. So we created a box by taping them together and then we added our base materials. This might be a shocker to many. We mixed portland cement with #57 stone with no water. It's become a big trend on the internet recently and why not give it a try. By pouring it dry, it would never be muddy that the base can fail over time. By letting it cure naturally with moisture that's around, we'll know that it'll never be too wet. Also doing a dry pour means that we can get working right away. With the help of @ezgmfg we had the mobile mud hog which attaches to a skidsteer or dingo.
