Nice & simple video but the instructions that pop up like temp doesn’t stay up long enough to read. I had to back it up 3 times. And still it was difficult to read due to the coloring of the lettering on the background. Putting instructions below the video might help us too.

definately the sort of demo I like. no waffle just doing it. But after the oil and before the dry ingredients there was something else added but no text was shown..Or was it just more oil.

Blind fool! It says: "Let it soak - 12 hours", and "Preheat oven - 350 F/175°C". The text goes away fast tho, that's true.
