Unhone jitne product ko explain Kiya har product primarily convection drying method wala hi tha. Sirf last wala Jo unhone commercial bataya wo vaccum+freeze+convection tha (shayad) aur usko hi unhone acche se nahi bataya. Soup aur noodles me Jo sabzi aati hei wo normal machine wala product nahi hei kyuki unka shelf life bohot Kum hota hei. Sirf vaccum freeze convection model me hi high shelf life aur nutrient preservation milta hei. Aap padho thoda aur research Karo dehydration k bare me samajh jaoge. 🙏🏼

How it is going to give us 10 times profit since the dehydrated fruits and vegs weight less than the fresh fruit. People do not purchase dry vegs and fruits that appear less when compared with the fresh with same quantity. Sale mushkil hai.

Atleast I would not start a business based on assumptions. Lays chalega, kurkure chalega. Bhai think like a costumer for a second ye lays nhi hai. Ye Khali sabzi hai fresh bhi mil jata hai aur fresh wala zyada bhi lagta hai. Dry vegetable sukad k khaini k dabbi mein bhi aa jayega
