@@Genevieve1023 Absolutely do they not try hard anymore. An announcer will present a comic as "one of the greatest of all time", and then the audience is presented with a 1h 30min show, barraged of m***f***, sh**, f** (lots and lots of f***), ni****, cu***, pu***, etc. Somehow, the majority of the audience ends up laughing 'uncontrollably' when most of the lines are not even funny or witty. For me, it gives me a mental headache and a sense of dread that somehow, the common working man can relate only to profanity and crude sex jokes to forget their worries and feel happy. I agree! I remember almost 20 yrs ago Howie Mandel (sp?) came to our town. The theater was packed. The guy before him was SO funny and never was foul mouthed. Then Howie came on stage and everyone was shocked to see him bald. He was funny, but was so foul mouthed and embarrassed people in the process, that I wanted to get up and walk out. It was disgusting, and people were not pleased. Even the mayor's wife had said later that he wouldn't be invited there again.

@@annwithaplan9766 Don't go and see Roy Chubby Brown... he's absolutely FOUL! I've never gone to watch ANY of his shows after watching a 2 minute advert (absolutely disgusting human being and not funny at all).

@@sammaddison2085 Yes, also Brian Regan, Jim Gaffigan, and Sebastian Maniscalco...are clean but very funny comedians - for the most part any way. i.m.o.

SO TRUE! Some of the funniest people I've ever seen are totally clean: Garrison Koehler, Hank Green, and some guy from Oklahoma that had me gasping for breath I was laughing so hard at nothing but down-home middle-American humor. Wish I knew that guy's name. I saw him at a Comedy Club in Dallas 40 years ago and I still remember how funny he was.

Oh man, I saw Don years ago at a comedy club in Portland. He made me laugh so hard, I became the focal point of his set (helps that I'm a nerd) and he gave me a copy of one of his CDs at the end for being such a good laugh.

Brilliant comedy sir,my wife tells me it's my turn to cook and then stands beside me to tell me how to do it. Same thing with nothing she knows about "honey can you fix the leaky tap". Then stands beside me,asks questions, all of a sudden she's an expert and I'm doing it wrong. Queenslander.

@@mishaanton5436 You can find tutorials on just about pretty much anything. Experience is always the best teacher. I can repair most anything and do just about anything to a house. Of course I’ve been in construction my whole life. I do occasionally run into something I need help with and jump on the internet. Usually watch several of them and some reviews to tackle the job most efficiently. Plumbing and electrical are two things that need mostly just a little knowledge. However, some of it is super simple. Just need to pay close attention to what you’re doing. My Bose Wave Radio CD player quit working and I found a super simple video on how to fix it. The potentiometer needed to be tweaked slightly. It showed exactly where it was and what to do with it. I’m rockin and rollin again! Maybe one day you can say “honey, I’ll fix the kitchen sink or the toilet!” Some things are just not that hard. Give me a shout if you ever need advice on something. Now go fix that leaking faucet. Lol
