Some additional context regarding the Luna situation. Part of why the backlash is so strong is because a lot of people have been asking for what this "bug" was doing, so everyone was probably just assuming that the "bug" was an intentional part of her rework to give players what they were asking for. To then see it be "fixed", would thus then feel like an extra strong slap across the face.

Honestly at this point I feel like Noise Surge Luna is basically how you play her. Supporting in this game is kinda shit because you never know if you are actually doing anything unless you're healing.

I haven't played her rework version but I felt like having Luna in a party isn't ideal since the range she has is quite limited and you'd need to be in her circle to actually get her buffs. Also, 2 in a party is a worse combo for Luna since you can't buff and assist in mobbing. I was fortunate enough that a Gley player understood my role after I repeatedly apologizing for not being able to help with mobbing.

If you can when you get a chance please make some updated weapon and descendant build videos so we can see what has changed and what is actually more powerful in comparison to before like for descendants and weapons like: ult Freyna, ult sharen, ult Viessa, ult valby, ult ajax, ult lepic, ult gley, kyle, enzo, thunder cage, python, fallen hope, secret garden, enduring legacy, excava, executor, blue beetle, kings guard lance, divine punishment and piercing light, because I've noticed that a lot of builds aren't as affective as they once were im not sure if im doing something wrong or im missing certain gear but i definitely think that when you make those videos (not the live streams) it helps so much and I for one greatly appreciate your builds

Don't be afraid to spend your cores and upgrade your guns. The materials for these are stupid easy to get, and you can make some fun builds with the Lv7 gems.

Luna is a favorite for me. I play her with a build for both nimble footsteps and noise surge transcendent mods. Thanks to the recent update, she is better and easier to play than before. My only gripes are when teammates dont make use of my buffs to break their builds even more, and that i feel like noise surge AoE could use a range and damage buff.

@thorshammer2299 they: - Removed the delay when changing songs, now it seems to run on just one "DDR" rhythm track - Significantly reduced the cool down between button presses when using her skills to hit notes. Previously you had to wait 5sec before you could hit the same note again during a song - Made it so that when she enhances her song, she gets to move around on her dance pad. Previously this was only usable on Noise Surge. - Missing notes no longer deducts stacks of her self buffs with Noise Surge - Skill extension and Cooldown reduction mods now affect more of her kit (You'll have to look this up for more info) All of this makes mistake a bit more forgiving and makes it much easier to reach song enhancement than before. It also makes juggling buffs a hell of a lot easier.

A dps/heal/DMG taken chart after missions would be nice. Helps you gauge your builds. Currently it shows your DMG but it's almost just a random number cuz you aren't comparing it to anything.

There are ways to beat bosses without "meta" builds and are more leaned into group play. This game doesn't need "solo boss run 15s". This game needs "me and my group finally beat the hardest boss". Clans/guilds need to be a thing. Also, these are all the things games had to do like Warframe for example. Tbh this game needs open world development like map activity, walking map bosses, area hubs ect, a honest end game with "worth time" rewards and it'll be best game 2026

The expanded blast radius on Restored Relic is big enough that I can't even see the colossus anymore for the smoke cloud from the blasts, let alone aim at anything. Thankfully it's shots are homing, but that does pose a real issue for using it in group play. I ran into similar issues using it during a Void Erosion level where I had to blindly stumble / roll around trying to find the path forward because I couldn't see from all the smoke. I only knew I'd killed everything because the green objective marker moved as the smoke also prevents the targeting that would normally display the health bars. I sincerely hope they make the smoke cloud dissipate a lot quicker or I'm going to need to relegate that thing to solo play only unless I get everyone else to turn off other player effects first.

The delay they added at the spawn, res-pawn animations. You get frozen like for a second before you even can move your camera around. Have been killed by Defiler and doing the Void Erosion dungeons thanks to that. It has to be removed.

​@@Noir0107you definitely do not need to pay just to be up there. Grinding out most modules, Activators and Catalysts are really all you need and those are the easiest farms. Most of the time they're just giving them out through rewards and stuff too. Giving out cosmetics to the top players and other games lack of doing that is what ends up being the primary problem with the game. Destiny 2 for example. When everyone and anyone can get that item it loses all accomplishment behind it and nobody will care about it.

Enoz can crit any weapon he desires but Luna isn't allow to do it Its unfair that every descendant can feed off luna buff and she gets out of her mini game she no longer is buff while holding a ultimate weapon but every descendant still has thier ultimate weapons buff for the duration and the only way she gets buff is to go back into her mini game and use buff only for her Unique weapon. it like the devs what luna to forever stay in the mini game while other players are having fun with the buff luna give on their ultimate weapon. Its simple allow her to keep her stacks and allow the the speaker stay out for a duration and she goes back into her mini game use the stacks she had and she can add more stacks to her bar and leave mini game and still have the buff for the duration and once it runs out she going back in mini game and refreshing it or she chooses to stay in mini game or not It's to up the player

as someone who plays all the different descendants the game has been really ungrateful since ult freyna came out and now, with Ines its just ridiculous to go coop in dungeons. all i see is ccs not talking about how characters like freyna and ines are just ruining the coop experience. I just play solo now and it is a very different game now and the team work is now unfortunately gone unless you like hallway running simulators. And no one is complaining about this.

The entire issue with Luna, is that her entire kit requires her to basically forgo her main weapon to use an inferior weapon. If her weapon was like Exalted weapons in Warframe and was modable, people would likely be much less upset, but as it is, getting rid of her main way of dealing DPS just so she can actually use her kit was a poor decision. They need to drastically increase the effectiveness of her Unique weapon if she can't use a primary. Make it chain to nearby enemies, buff its damage. As is, its too slow, and deals to little damage. I get it being slow, because you don't want it too fast since she needs to fire it in sync with a beat, so they need to give it AoE or chaining when used on beat to compensate for the low fire rate.

my opinion, luna is too much trouble to play. any other character you just shoot some abilities and the whole game explodes. luna you actually have to do stuff to kill the enemies, sure i could invest time into figuring out the best way to play luna, but it's easier to just pick freyna or ines and push a couple of buttons then afk and go make dinner while all the enemies continuously die. it's almost like luna was designed for a different type of video game entirely. luna rants out of the way, i'm looking foward to those new bikini skins 😍

They are also lying about their drop rates. For example, if two items have the same drop rate and you play ten times in a row and only get one of the two items 8/10x more than the other that’s a statistical impossibility. Especially if they are multi drops in the same mission.

You clearly don’t know how statistics actually works, especially in the way the math is calculated in this game. It’s a not a simple you do a mission 10 times you get that 10% drop guaranteed that you want within those 10 attempts. Nothing in this game operates that way unless you are doing the targeted reward system in which each time you fail to get the item you want then the percentage of success increases until you finally get it then that percentage goes back to the original number. Each item in a mission or outpost or operation or amorphous (intercept or void fusion reactor) has a drop “chance”, and there are as many 5-10+ items all with variable chances. On top of that, the percentage of success typically is followed with a high percentage in failure to drop. Therefore a 10% drop chance item may not be seen for potentially 20 runs, or 30 runs, or even 40 runs. When you have inflated loot tables, this type of RNG can happen, especially with items of the same percentage. The math has already been worked out, since no one with a math degree or had two brain cells to comprehend math kept complaining and witch hunting the devs (what’s crazier is that people were blaming the devs for a game they never managed, maple story had a completely different dev team).

I tried playing Luna after the changes and while she does feel slightly better her character design just feels awful. I love support characters it’s my preferred role but she effectively can do nothing on her own and it’s because of her unique weapon. Even if it did decent damage it’d have to be ridiculously strong to feel worthwhile using. You basically can’t play this character in random MM either because what if you load in with all skill based descendants. Cool, everything is perfect but what if you load in with all weapon based descendants. Well that’s too bad and most instances don’t let you swap builds even at the start of a mission. The changes she got made little to no difference which is kinda unfortunate. Oh well.

once POE2 came out i stopped playing TFD because honestly it's just boring, all there is to really do is Dungeons and Void intercept boss battles which i find annoying and not fun to be honest. everything else is just tiring boring grinding for materials and most of these event require some bullshit on a website instead of being in the game. Luna also just sucks to play, i feel like they should have more like like Bunny or Freyna, where you just activate it and leave it.

Leaderboards...meh. i couldn't care less about being the fastest on the game. The co-op aspect of the game is slowly dying and focusing more on solo play. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, because some really don't want to be bothered with the public, but it's now it's be faster than the next person. I always get a laugh at out seeing a freyna or bunny or now ines trying to be the first to kill everything and get to the boss first

Combining cores is a horrible idea for the value of the game content. If 20-30 is actually really challenging... people will just cheese the easy levels and combine to get the coveted level 10 cores . This will render 20-30 useless content.

Leaderboards, this game already has the most obnoxious disgusting scummy narcissist players out of ANY game, even GTAonline players got nothing on TFD toxic community....Leaderboards will sure to improve the scumness of TFD's community About Luna, with the improvement they've done she's ok but still a hassle to play, specially when you need to put her speaker gun away to pick up stuff, to shoot specific enemies shield areas like the headshot ones, the notes still fall on cooldown too often as enemies shooting at you from all around won't wait for you to hit the notes.....So, to me the devs should at the very least increase her damage by a lot and make her abilities go literally through everything, because why go through all the hassle for 500 to 600 damage while you can have Viessa or Sharen going up to 8.000 damage on a flick of the wrist, and they can spam abilities too

@@extra4542 Lately I've been playing mostly solo, but it would've been fun to play with other players....But then you run the risk of getting a Freyna Bunny and now Ines, or worse, all 3 I do have all of this characters, but I don't see the fun in one click everything dies, and run from A to B The worse is to be punished for actually wanting to play the game, that's why it's losing players sadly, and probably I'll be gone too, even though I do like the game, but the community is just too scummy and literally are destroying the game

I Play on PC and the Community is very helpful and can carry If u lvl a new decendant. I can't see where your bad experience comes from. I have over 600h in this Game and i would recommend it to everyone 👍🏽

@@extra4542I had one in a 400% dungeon earlier. Went down during a 400% dungeon on ines and a freyna literally teabagged me and never res’d lol. Didn’t know this was a pvp game.
