Drying Process Performed by Means of Quick Menu in MA 5Y

The MA 5Y Moisture Analyzer is equipped with a 10-inch colour touchscreen display where you can see up to 3 screens, widgets, graphs, statuses, notes and a handy measurement history. The device has an IR emitter as a heating module and an automatic weighing chamber that you can open with gestures thanks to infrared (IR) sensors. The non-contact opening and closing of the weighing chamber eliminates any vibrations that interfere with the measurement, allows you to define the degree of opening of the door as well as improves ergonomics. Note that the MA 5Y Moisture Analyzer as a stand-alone unit meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11/ EU GMP Annex 11.
The MA 5Y Moisture Analyzer has the advantages of the 5Y terminal:
• The DWA Digital Weighing Auditor ensures that the device is ready for operation and informs when an inspection or periodic audit is required
• Logging in 4+ ways, i.e. with password, RFID tags*, fingerprint reader, facial recognition mechanism and combinations thereof
• Communication via Ambient Light signals - a glance and you already know about status, process results, procedures or alerts
• Lovee Note voice and text notes for a series of measurements or a report on procedures
• A series of recent measurements and a report ready for e-signature available for you in the Handy Library.
