DRYING THE FIELDS UP! DOING DRAINAGE WORK ON THE FARM.

In today’s video we are busy undertaking some winter work preparing the fields for spring. Opening up a drain mouth and also putting in new pipes to try and improve how wet the fields lie.

Great video drainage is a never ending job on the farm but there is nothing like seeing a drain that wasn't running flowing so well.

Don't envy you doing that job in these conditions... spose you can see the water coming through!! I also struggle to comprehend how they did all the clay pipes by hand, I certainly wouldn't want to do that job!
