How is the elasticated Back Panel working out for you? I am about to order one for myself and have all options kind of sorted out except for that one.

Eh, take it or leave it. It makes it a little awkward to get the drysuit on past your butt. However it does its job once it’s on. Necessary? No. Worth it to be put on. Sure.

I repair these suits on a regular basis. When it comes to drysuits, you get what you pay for. I've repaired over 20 of these in my local area in just the last season alone. They are notorious for leaking. I hope yours lasts longer than 1 or 2 years before it starts leaking. 👍🏻

Interesting. I hope so too. This is episode 9 in an entire series discussing all of the drysuits I own and what I like and don’t like. I have a lot of people ask me about drysuits, etc. so I purchased one of these to compare and review. Thank you for your input. That’s valuable information to know.

@@cyborgpirate5882 I'd be happy to discuss all the different issues I come across on a regular basis with these suits on IG messenger.

and on the other hand, I've had feedback from 3x that many SeaSkin divers with ZERO issues. some of those people have prior experience with DUI suits (of which you are apparently a dealer) and rank the SeaSkin to be close in quality. of course suit cost is a major factor too, with SeaSkin being sub-$1k USD vs DUI, 4th Element, Santi, etc, at around $4k USD. I also know plenty of DUI people who have had suit issues so... why would pay 4x the cost? If I need to, I'll go buy another SeaSkin custom fit suit every few years and have a brand new suit with a lot of cash still in my pocket.

@@bryanboldt887 I agree, all manufacturers have some suits with issues. I decided to get one on my own and test it. I have referred a few local divers to the Seaskin. They all like them. 1 had a minor pocket/seam leak. It’s fixed now and loves the suit. But if I being a dive op I better be able to speak from experience when asked about them. So I try to give good non bias and experienced information.
