Wow this is an amazing guide! Here 6 months later because I just made a Drytron deck in Master Duels and have no idea how to play it. I just went up against it and thought it was cool plus it’s a meta deck in the game hahaha I’ve probably watched more than 10 videos about Drytron combos. this was the most informative since I always feel like I’m bricking, but now I know at least 2-3 more combos than I did before, thanks to you. Also I need to add that Idaten lol I took it out thinking I didn’t need it.

In the 2nd combo,you could use farnir for i:p and using the another drytron to make linkuriboh,which help us protect i:p in opponent bp

This is a good video that gives a clear explanation of combos. One thing I'd probably recommend is to time stamp each combo of the video to make it easier to find each combo.

back here after got brick so hard in MD hmm in there, benten is 3, should i play idaten anw? I also play Union carrier, is that necessary, i use it to equip Buster Drake in order to avoid droplet/drnm

This video is VASTLY different from master duel as it was made quite a while ago. Personally I dont think you need union carrier even in master duel. Ive gotten a lot of requests for a Drytron master duel profile. Ill probably make one plus a combo tutorial next week. Make sure you're subscribed and have notifications on so it alerts you when it's up. 😁

So how do you win with this deck? i can see the potential and the combos but what comes after you setup your board?

You set up your board turn 1 and turn 2 go for big monsters like accesscode or borrelsword and swing for game

I’m a new Drytron player and noticed a play you made in the first combo with Meteonis Drytron. You used its graveyard effect twice and it can only be used “once per turn”. Am I misunderstanding something or did you make a mistake?

I didnt use meteonis twice. I used idatens effect. It adds a ritual spell from grave on summon

65% chance to open combo is huge. My deck is really good and consistent and only has about 40% chance.

I have a doubt, if Drytron says "You cannot Special Summon monsters, except monsters that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set" when I activate the effect can I summon Diviner? And why?

Diviner is a normal summon. Not a special summon.

Because fafnirs effect lets you use the material underneath it as the tribute for the ritual. The material i used still had 2000 atk

@@SuperInsaiyan18 Arguably you do need to play them since goon adds an extra layer to your plays past two handtraps. Most decks these days play 12-15 hts in main which is absurd. Tribrigades/Pranks which are the hype right now absolutely slaughter us if we don't respect them with dragoon. Increasing the deck size to 42 is possibly a remedy, only decreasing consistency of seeing alpha/zeta by a percentage point. You can easily accommodate the goon bricks if you make some concessions - cutting natasha/2nd meteo/fafnir for example. Btw thanks for the video: the diviner/gamma/any tri combo is quite clever! Keep it up

@@unconqueredsoul27 i appreciate the compliment! In theory the only hand trap that flat out ends your turn is droll. You should be able to play through most if not all others. Maybe not to the extent of full combo, but still something. Ive had very good results with my build and I can usually play through, or have a hand trap out. Dragoon is cool, I just personally dont think its worth not only 3 main deck slots, but 2 extra slots as well.

@@SuperInsaiyan18 Post side 2 handtraps will end your turn in most cases unless you draw particularly broken. Dragoon as i said is to give you an option after the 2nd as well as a more imposing board through droll since if you have gamma with a/z you can set up DRA + Goon which is enough in most cases. You dont need a larger ED since Goon is multi-purpose for both easy otk and disruption. I feel naked without goon into heavy handtrap decks.
