I would probably guess he is using wireless transmitter, with a crew backstage giving him references.. Else he just has photographic memory, yes a special gift, but what's the big deal? Having seen his answers i would hardly consider him to be a genius, his answers are often one sided with serious flaws in logic, doesn't provide enough time for the other to complete the question or probe more into the remarks.. The worst case is the mediocre crowd participating in those sessions, they applaud to any thing he says.. I often wonder l what their reaction if Dr Naik accidentally sneezes.. Given a fair trial with a real debater, he wouldn't stand 15 Mins into the debate.
