DSA23c - Convert general tree to binary tree

If a parent node has only a right child in the general tree, it becomes the rightmost child node of the last node following the parent node in the binary tree. Ex., if node 'B' had a right child 'L', it would become right child of node 'D' in binary tree representation. Preorder traversals of both trees will be identical. Inorder traversal of binary tree will be same as postorder traversal of general tree.

If L is B's right node.Preorder for general tree and binary tree would not be same if b had only right node.
