Obviously the video doesn’t feature everything that could help, sooo…. Stay as the only leader until you find a perfect co-leader if your looking for a co leader. Always make sure your clan is entertained and having fun, if they arnt. People will leave. Sometimes your best members will be horrible, train them and learn with them. They will be the most dedicated you can ever get as long as the clan satisfies there needs. Dont be annoying with advertising or begging for members. If your clan is totally weak and you can’t get strong members, you need to get them quick before you get a bad name upon your clan for being very bad at game. Having many enemies or many ally will make you very popular between clans. Jumping many clans like every day will get you known and popular
