DSI OB-6 Global Settings and MIDI Setup for Soundtower Editor

Steps necessary to make the DSI OB-6 talk to Soundtower Sound Editor.
1. Set correctly the Global Parameters on the OB-6 itself.
2. Proper MIDI settings in the Editor.
