The Terrain in ARMA III looks and 'feels' like the area surrounding Colorado Springs. just feels that way. The scenery is just so beautiful and the gameplay is fun. Hard to learn as I'm getting my butt kicked but its 'fun'!!!

Geo Biery I was a Medic, so I was constantly busy. 2 tours to Iraq and 1 to Afghanistan and a 4th tour to Qatar/wherever/hotspots. Cache searches and seizures, knocking down doors, HVT arrests or taking them out, you name I was apart of it. Then the real fun began as I had to clean up the mess after it was all said and done. Being one of the few medics around with casualties to treat....

I think the point of this is to educate people that, if you come under heavy artillery fire you must not ALWAYS assume it is coming from extreme distances. If you are only foot-mobile, spread out and continue with the current tasking, the artillery could be over the next hill. Pay attention to things like the initial accuracy, correction accuracy and timing of the artillery. This can help you decide if the artillery is being used as a 'fear factor' or if it just about to be highly effective.

Awesome looking video and use of panning the camera view around. The scene takes looked like it took some time to get the video shots just right (as they were movie perfect scenes imo.). Clear and concise verbal commentary from start to finish. Last but not least... an abundant amount of useful information. Thanks for your time Dslyecxi. Always a joy to watch your work. For a lot of people, Arma is too slow. With CoD and BF series of games, the action is constant and quick. Which is fine for those that like it that way. Arma provides something different for those that like a more realisitc approach to war gaming. The controls are more complex and there is time that you have to use in order to make and form a strategy. I love the suspense you get when actually traveling to your goal in a large environment. Arma is a thinking man's war game.

Did you ever try / play Arma to understand complexity of the game (simulation)? Because of it complexity those kind of guides are more then welcome and Dslyecxi is doing it great and right! You should be more concerned of your Government, who actually glorify war and not people who has passion for simulations. So, based on your thinking, people who have passion to racing sim are also bad example or supporters of the "road-killers"?

hey Dslyecxi, What do you think about the futuristic setting of Arma 3? I may be one of thousands asking this question so apologies if it is. But as you have played arma 2 so much and gotten so used to the tech in that game, does the completely different weapons and vehicles throw you off at points or does it not matter?
