To find roots, just assume z^-1 as y, z^-2 as y2. Now on calculator go to mode, select eqn, Quadratic eqn and finally substitute the values for the answer. Don't forget to put the value of z back at the end

Sir why had you changed sign after getting root values and when implemented you took - 1/4 as 1/4 & - 1/2 as 1/2 similarly 1/8 as 1/8? & 1/2 as - 1/2?

Boss roots are -1/4,,-1/2 And 1/2,,1/8 To get this convert z- to z form and find roots,after finding roots Write in( )*( ) in this form and again convert it into z- form
