They waited one and a half to two years and coming in wrong time when the market is down. Unless the price is attractive, this will be a big flop, just like Aparna's new project.

@Publicchannel5 it's due to high price at that area while the market is down. The base price is at 8500 to 9000, where a fully constructed apt at Kokapet was at 10k right now. At such prices, I think most of the sales must be from US. They keep buying irrespective of what price it is.
