I have thought about it Bernardo Bach. I have actually done a few or simulated a few of Joe's runs. If I copy the preparation that he does, I can handle the fights and execution. But the execution is not what makes Joe's speed runs impressive to me, it is how he comes up with them. Unless I can come up with my own preparation route that offers something different from his speed runs, I wouldn't do it. But I think it would take me a lot of time and effort to come up with something like that because I play a more relaxed game just doing things that I would normally do within the my actual game.

I think using mouse as control is completely valid. I personally use both because mouse gives you more control on some angles(But I feel like mouse has a slow response time compared to keyboard); for example walking on the roads, or even controlling mobs movement.

Don't know if it's true but I heard you can multiply the shrooms skins with that new item, it cost 1 skin to craft the snapsack and you get 5 of it then you can deconstruct each one of then for a skin

Hmm, you say "I would be fighting shadow creatures at some point" - would taking the bee queen crown make sense? You take vary little damage anyway, and I imagine using non-Wigfrid characters would drain the sanity during the fight a lot quicker.

Yeah, I think your right. The crown would have made sense for me to use since I didn't wait for jerky. Other characters though have a lot more choices for sanity regeneration items. Maybe I would only use the crown for toadstool if I had a lot of it to spare.

The Napsack can farm the Toadstool skin. You just need to use a Deconstruction Staff on the crafted Sacks.

Nice guide! But do you recommend using bone armor instead of a krampus sack and just leaving the spare weather pains on the ground (probably near ice box) that's what I do for the fuelweaver and regular toadstool and it seems to work fine.

Yeah, that should work fine. I like leaving a lot of things on the ground too sometimes. Though sometimes I like using the backpack to quickly switch over my weapon to my shortcut key when it runs out.

Napsack is kinda better than the panflute cause napsack will create a ring of sleep if any mob steps on it then they will sleep there for a long time than panflute music they will sleep again if you attack them in the ring so it is better than panflute. And you will not sleep In there unless you are doing pvp.

Only bosses I can solo are the Deerclops, Bearger, and Moose Goose (DST versions), have never been able to solo the Dragonfly, Queen Bee, or Toadstool (Even normal version).

DrewPicklesTheDark dragonfly isnt that hard, just use some healing salves, cobblestones on the floor, jerky, a bunch of helmets, and a hambat. Try spawning him in another world just to practice (you can install a mod called "too many items" to give yourself godmode, spawn any entity, change seasons, etc. If you dont know how to spawn stuffs via console). BTW to deal with the laveas just cage yourself with rock walls, there are other methods, watch some vids to learn more. Klaus is really simple to solo too. Its actually easier.

you can try "easy" mode by playing librarian - create 9x9 grass walls squere, destroy it by hand (not hammer) and then spawn as much tentacles as you can(stand in center), ignore 0 sanity, after that eat some cooked green mushrooms, done, you are amazing boss-fighter. If boss have AOE attacks you can find "reed trap" in swamp, clear all tentacles (pigmans, hounds, etc) and replace turf in this place, this prevent tentacles to respawn, when use your books for farm a lot of reeds and another book to farm white birds (winter only), create as much blow darts as you can, done, you are amaizing boss-fighter, again

That's true. It's just a habit when I fight toadstool I guess and I do like hording gears:) But whenever I fight the Fuelweaver I make sure to use up the weather pains because I'm going to clear the regenerated Ruins right after.

Yes Dolorous, the boomshrooms of regular and misery toadstool can hurt the shadow creatures. I don't know if the devs intended it that way.

The health is too high. They could have just added a different attack or two or maybe added a mechanic similar to fuelweaver where having other things to do would have made cooperative play more valuable.
