It all depends on the ISEEUP value you present. You can either get free tuition or a tuition reduction

Your regional scholarship is actually out at the moment. The deadline for compilation is 29th July. Look for right to study on your university portal

Get the value of your family property and yes any income till the maximum stated for this year can apply and get awarded scholarships.
