DT With a Spin - Individual Event 4 Live Stream | 2022 Rogue Invitational

Full stream of Event 4 from the Men's and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. Held on Friday, October 28, “DT With a Spin,” presented by YETI, was a grueling end to Day 2, requiring 5 rounds of the following:
15 Cal Echo Bike
12 Deadlift (155LB men / 105LB women)
9 Hang Power Clean (155LB / 105LB)
6 Push Jerk (155LB / 105LB)
This was a breakout event for Roman Khrennikov on the men’s side, as he pulled within 15 points of Justin Medeiros on the overall leaderboard. Meanwhile, veteran Laura Horvath grabbed her second straight event win to vault into second place overall.

@@leallng7691 I've been into strength athletics since 1998. Seen alot of physiques. She and numorous other females have GH guts. The sheer amount of gear the CrossFiters take is nuts, it's trying to turn a chiwawa into a Rottweiler.

The general public needs to know that there is nothing healthy about these games.The participants are performing heavy lifting under time constraints , which is inherently dangerous, while using performance enhancing drugs to achieve the feat….especially the women. All EGO. There will always be a cross section of the population that this type of training appeals to, unfortunately.
