Robert, you describe the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ after the 7 years tribulation time for: a) The Jews b) The Gentiles C) Those coming to faith in Jesus during that 7 years tribulation time. But the church, the born again Christians, the bride will be raptured (evacuated) from earth before the 7 years tribulation time will start.

I think a lot of people didn't follow him because to the every day person, it was extreme to follow Christ. Give away everything, renounce the world and make disciples. Also, when Jesus told the crowds to eat his body and drink his blood in gospel of John, they didn't know what he meant. So it probably sounded like the occult. Imagine if you heard someone say that. These were regular people who were confused. God is all knowing so he knew that was going to happen. Maybe now people understand better. Still Christianity sounds scary and then the devil. Doesn't actually sit well and make me sleep better. It feels like sell fear and call it love. Why so much fear in Christianity? I have tried but still I feel no peace as a believer. I also have mental illness so how can God condemn me? Too many ways to go to hell. Does God really want people to be saved? Fallen world, sinful nature, the devil, the flesh. Feels like a rigged game.

Wow, how ironic you say spiritual deception is characteristic, then you say "What is His[Jesus] very first description of that future apocalyptic end-time" and you point to the verse that talks of deception. But the deception he was warning of was men deceiving you that the time was at hand, when in actuality all these other things had to happen first. And all of this was in the context of when the old temple would be destroyed. So ironically you are teaching the same deception you are warning about. Following the other logic you give would mean that you are led by Satan. SMH. unbelievable.
