Ellen actually was one of my favorite drivers and I met her in 1995. Great to talk to, and a true amazon :) Shame there are so few female racing drivers though.

They ran ballast weight back then , so probably Keke was running higher ballast weight cuz oh higher championship order.

Danica Patrick is advertisement SHE SUCKS. I mean like she can't race........ She probably does suck..... Might have sucked her way up that's how much she sucks! :P

Can't they both be good? Danica was relatively competitive in one of the best open wheel series in the world. You have to be pretty freaking good at driving to do that. It's all relative.

@@schwanzelstock1071 she led the Indy-500 for 29 laps -- you cannot do that without proper racing skills (still I believe that it is legitimate to establish only-women events due to different level of aggression / risk-taking)

@@SachiGortchi she also won the Indy Japan 300, so they both only have one race win. Lohr stuck to DTM and Patrick moved onto NASCAR was fast tracked into the Cup series when she clearly needed more time in the Xfinity Series before the call up. Who knows how many more races she would've won if she stuck to single seaters instead of stock cars.

how was it an "unladylike maneuver"? she had clearly established the line going into the corner, she hit the apex, if klaus wants to turn in regardless and get punted into the armco then so be it
