Acc. to me if you want CSE then NSUT, DTU would be best option for you because if you will go for top 3-4 NITs then you will only get core branches... you also have a option for IIIT Bangalore's ECE though ( Can go for it if want ECE )...that's my suggestion

Good to see someone thinking about other options than CSE, since here comes your personal interest that we normally don't know just after 12, I'll suggest try to see the syllabus of different branches that you find good enough to study which will give you a fair bit of idea about what you are really gone study for 4 years and will somehow help you find your interest. My suggestion based on what you said about yourself, I think you can consider Branches like Engineering physics, Electronics, Mechanical, Mathematics and Computing

It's very difficult to get seat in regular rounds in any of NITs, IIITs, GFTI maybe in spot round you might get in some ( possibility is less though )..if you are not planning for drop then I think Private colleges are remain options for you

Bro I got 98.3 percentile, EWS category. Chances of Getting mechanical in nit surat,nagpur, jaipur, kurukshetra, durgapur. And electrical in durgapur, jalandhar, jamshedpur. Which should I choose? I don't want to study further after btech. Only for placement.

All the options are good at its place but I would say try to find in which field you have interest if your haven't and to do it try talking to seniors ( can use LinkedIn there you can make connections and can ask your queries ) then second thing you can do it to see the syllabus of these branches to get a kinda idea of what your are going to study during your graduation...then task become easy because you know your branch and you just need to put the better college up in the list and that's it
