Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about fasting on the Day of ‘Arafah . He said, “It expiates for the sins of the previous year and of the coming year.” Narrated by Muslim. Abd-Allah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The best of du’a is du’a on the day of ‘Arafah, and the best that I and the Prophets before me said is ‘La ilaha ill-Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu’l-mulk wa lahu’l-hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir (There is no god but Allah Alone, with no partner or associate; His is the dominion, to Him be praise, and He has power over all things).” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (3585)’ classed as hasan by al-Albani in Sahih al-Targhib (1536) May Allah make it easy for you and give you peace. Dua from the video ✨ The most frequent dua of Resulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ‎«يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ» «Ya Muqallibal qulub, thabbit qalbi ‘ala dinik» Translation: O Turner of hearts, keep my heart steadfast on your Din. ‎ "اللهم مصرف القلوب صرف قلوبنا على طاعتك‏ "‏ ‎‏ «Allahumma musarrifal-qulubi, sarrif qulubana 'ala ta'atika» Translation: «O Allah! Controller of the hearts, direct our hearts to Your obedience» Dua in relation to Allah ‎رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ «Rabbana la tuzigh quloobana ba’da ith hadaytana wa hab lana milladunka rahmah innaka antal wahhab.» 3:8 Translation: «Our Lord! You are indeed the Giver ˹of all bounties» Dua in relation to brothers and sisters رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا. رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ. «Rabbanaghfir lana wa liikhwaninalladhina sabaquna biliman, wa la tajal fi qulubina ghillallilladhina amanu Rabbana innaka Ra’ufurRahim.» Translation: «Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.»

Brother/Sister make yourself ruqya water to calm your nerves on a daily basis. Hydrate yourself with filtered or mineral water, don't drink high energy drinks or processed foods, get up and move every 20-25 minutes, if you can supplement with magnesium or magnesium rich foods it will help you inshallah. Try to sleep early and wake up early. Keep your prayers in duas up, inshallah you will get the results you hope for and even better. May Allah bless you every step of the way.

I'm feeling heart broken . Please keep me in u duas. I fast this week,10 day Arafat. This morning something happened to me . I found a bird, that his head and body is gone . And then on the other corner, I found feathers and the birds leg . The yard is closed. And had security wires on . The alarm didn't go off , and there's no trace of blood on the ground . There's no trace of the other parts of the bird . His tail was laying and feathers, by the window where my room was before.
