I guess the thing is that some of us get suspicious when all we ever find our great, raving positive reviews on Dua fragrances. It is very difficult to find somebody who objectively reviews one and actually tells you when one of them sucks. I have only found two fragrance reviewers in the community willing to do that and both of them have suffered the wrath of a fanatical Fanbase which this house seems to have acquired. In one case, the owner himself took the review of the stuff personally. That’s ridiculous. He’s in business. People aren’t always going to be satisfied with his product. In both cases, these reviewers have expressed Great reluctance to review any more fragrances by Dua. They just don’t want to deal with the drama. Absolutely no other clone house does that. They seem to have a thick enough skin to be able to take the heat and they seem to have sufficient maturity to take the negative feedback and use it to make improvements to what they sell. That’s what you’re supposed to do in business, you know. So, it makes one a little more trepidatious and hesitant to purchase their stuff because it sounds like it’s too good to be true. All of their stuff can’t be amazing. Everybody screws up.

I used to buy alexandria fragrances but after I purchased 7 D.U.A colognes I'm 100% sold on this company. Bianca Pura is my favorite, smells amazing its Creed's White Pure Cologne.. Keep up the awesone videos Mr. Smelly.

They are an awful lot cheaper that the fragrances they are sometimes trying to emulate. Saying that, I haven't had the opportunity to sample any of their range yet, but perhaps in the future.

I love CRN and Supernova.. and I dislike QOS. DUA makes good clones but I think the right price should be 40$ for 30ml and they should release 50ml bottles too.

Love your videos Mr Smelly! However, I have to say that I am not sure about the DUA business... I mean these are NOT cheap, and can hardly be called clones because they may end being more expensive than the real thing! $60 for 30ml? Wow, that's a niche price in a stripped down to the bone bottle and presentation. I am not sure if people realize that it's $200 for a 100ml bottle, without the bells and whistles (nice bottles and packaging) of niche and high end perfumes (Creed, Xerjoff, Amouage etc.. ) That being said, I understand that you get these for free so if I was you I would also wear them :)

You're right I don't think most people think of that. But you can find them on sale, and their performance seems to be better on average than the originals.

@@cuchanu yes, but it’s so hard to find negative reviews. All of their stuff cannot be this amazing. You look on their site and you can’t find one single person who is mad as hell at what they bought and regretting the purchase. Everybody seems to give their stuff four or five stars. The worst you ever hear is that the bottle needs to macerate more in order to get to where it smells nice. And then, you look in other places and anybody who dare speak ill of them gets attacked by their fan base or banned by the owner himself from Facebook groups. That’s hugely childish! You look for KZbin reviewers and you can only find two willing to give at least one of their fragrances a negative review. Both of them, as I stated in another comment, took a tremendous amount of heat for this. That’s highly suspicious.

There are bad reviews with 4 stars, they block any review that doesn’t have 4 plus stars. I have tried their casino elixir and my god it is strong, lasts even after a shower. It’s almost absurd, I hesitate on wearing it lol. Smells nice though.

I have the original casino royale, amazing...I have alpha Oudh and gold oudh which is clone of Roja Dove Amber Oud and the best of the Dua line according to Me.Masterpiece!

Wearing Imperial plastique on my left Hand and my sample of Creeds Milessime Imperial and the dua one smells SOOOO much stronger, the Creed is a skin scent almost gone while the Dua is still strong smelling.

Why are the clones so much cheaper if they can match the scent so closely? Is it the quality of the ingredients or primarily the marketing dollars that the original fragrance companies put in to their brands?

I feel like those who don't, that's cool, just keep it movin, no need to spread negative hate all around. I only own Matrix at the moment, which is their Inspired Expression of Nio by Xerjoff. It is spot on imho. I own Nio and using Matrix allows me to not use Nio as much. I have quite a few of their fragrances on my to buy list for 2019. I wish they started doing 60ml at least. #SmellyArmy

@wishawlad Technically you should but when I ordered 3 bottles (at a total cost of around £125 with a 25% discount code) I didn't have to pay any extra or have any issues with receiving it. The reason is because Dua marked it as a "gift" (and I think a low value one at that) rather than a product that I'd bought. Declaring it as a "gift" meant I/they avoided having to pay any import duties/taxes on it. I'm pretty sure that's illegal on their part as they're evading tax/duties but for the customer it's fine. Obviously I'm not guaranteeing you won't have any issues, but based on my experience (a few months ago), it's probably quite unlikely.

Yep, I did hear pornhub in the intro. Not right; good satire. Nice review. Duas are not cheap. I've smelled all but Imperial Pasteque. I thought the Best Citrus Ever moniker was appropriate to the tune of 2 backup bottles. Price of orig was like $400 for 15ml. I like Italian Waters II (Acqua Di Parma Note di Colonia II), The Monarch (Roja Oligarch), Chivalry (T Ford Fougere D'Argent), Best Citrus, and Fortune (Xerjoff Naxos) (A Smelly Fav - thanks for recommendation long ago) as top 5 right now among my 40+ Dua scents. Great to know Best Citrus is in vein of Chanel Pour Monsieur, classics I haven't smelled.
