Salam, May Allah swt reward you immensely for posting this. Would you be so kind as to place the english translation in the description - that way we can learn the meaning as well?

AsSalaam u Alaykum Wa Rahmatullah. There is no specific du’a for finishing the Quran. It is permissible for a person to make du’a as he wishes and to choose beneficial supplications. The above collection of duas is one of the common duas which can be found mostly towards the end of the Quran in Madani script. These duas includes asking for forgiveness, to be granted Paradise and to be saved from Hell, seeking refuge with Allah from fitnah (temptation, tribulation), asking for help to understand the Quran in the manner that Allah is pleased with and to act upon it and memorize it, etc., is included. And Allah knows the Best! Jazaak Allahu Khayran.
