I am So grateful for my parents and grandparents. My grandfather became a Christian during WW2. He raised my dad and his siblings as Christians. My father and mother raised my siblings and I as Christians, we were very active in the church. As an adult, I met my husband who is Muslim, I had a Lot of questions for him and reverted about a year after we were married. Now, we are raising our children as Muslim. I am so grateful. All praise to Allah!

Its been some months that I am making this dua. Just now I read the meaning of whole ayah and surprise that it mentions age of 40. I am 40 years and I didnt make this dua when I was younger. There is no god but He - the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor Sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His throne doth extend over the heavens and on earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).🤲🏻❤️✨️🕋✨️☝️🌸🥜🍇🍓😻✨️

A shahid is considered one whose place in Paradise is promised according to these verses in the Quran: Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord; They rejoice in the bounty provided by Allah. And with regard to those left behind, who have not yet joined them (in their bliss), the (Martyrs) glory in the fact that on them is no fear, nor have they (cause to) grieve. - Quran 3:169-170❤️🤲🏻✨️🇵🇸🪻

In the Quran, Surah Ibrahim there is a dua which was said by Prophet Ibrahim, may peace be upon him, which asks Allah to make him and his family among the best Muslims. In this short dua Prophet Ibrahim asks of Allah for the following things: Be among the Muslims who have the discpline to pray the five salats consistently. Asks Allah to have children who would remember the importance of establishing prayer. Asks for Allah’s forgiveness for himself. Asks Allah to forgive his parents. Asks Allah to forgive the entire Ummah. So what exactly was this dua? RABBIJ ALNI MUQEEMAS SALATI IN ARABIC The dua is from Surah Ibrahim ayat 40-41. In arabic this is written, رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ Transliteration: [ayah 40] Rabbij alni muqeemas salati wa min zurriyati Rabbana wa taqabbal du’a [41] Rabbanagh fir lee waliwalidayya wa lil mumineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab RABBI JALNI MUQIMAS SALATI MEANING: The english translation of this dua is: “My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.” On the day account is established “Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.” (14:51) We would be wise to recite this dua every so often, it is a beautiful dua and asks Allah many things, the main focus being for good family. It wishes well for yourself, your children and your parents. It even goes to on to ask forgive the entire Muslim ummah.🥀✨️🕋✨️❤️❄️🤲🏻🌸

Laa yukalliful-laahu nafsan illaa wus’ahaa; lahaa maa kasabat wa ‘alaihaa maktasabat; Rabbanaa laa tu’aakhiznaaa in naseenaaa aw akhtaanaa; Rabbanaa wa laa tahmil-‘alainaaa isran kamaa hamaltahoo ‘alal-lazeena min qablinaa; Rabbanaa wa laa tuhammilnaa maa laa taaqata lanaa bih; wa’fu ‘annaa waghfir lanaa warhamnaa; Anta mawlaanaa fansurnaa ‘alal qawmil kaafireen آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ(۲۸۵) لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وقفہ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وقفہ وَارْحَمْنَا وقفہ ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ🤲🏻🪻💥🪴💕
