Dear viewer, as per previous cutoff trends the best options for you in core branch would be #NIT DELHI-Electrical, Mechanical #NIT Srinagar- Electrical, Mechanical. # GFTI-Punjab Engineering College - Mechanical. These are the colleges where you can get this branches till 4th or 5th rounds. I would suggest you to apply as much as good NIT/lIT or GFTI you can also as a backup keep apply for other top private/ government colleges too. Best of luck for your future.

Dear viewer, thx for the precious support, I have checked all the parameters for you- with this rank it’s hard to get any IIIT during JOSSA counselling but you can try till CSAB rounds. There are some other GFTI options but it’s not worthy to join. I would suggest you to keep try in JOSSA & CSAB also as a Backup keep applying for other top private/government colleges too. Why there are different branches name of same domain eg. (Maths and Data science, Computational Maths, Maths and Computing). It seems there is no control and complet autonomy in naming the new branches. This has downgraded the engineering education where there are more than100 UG branches while medical still has single MBBS degree at UG level.

It’s a technical education that why engineering has so many diverse branches, same medical all’s has diverse branches, mbbs in not only branch, jus pt make a google search you will find 100 of medical branches & sub branches, n signal mbbs have more than 100+ specialisation.

Some college is giving Maths and computing, other is providing Computational Mathematics and third is giving Maths and Data science. Same case is true for other branches like Electrical and CSE Also. This creates confusion.

@@FreshersGate sir I am just 10 pass student from assam.mein apko aise government institutions ke bare mein puch rhi hoon because 11 or 12th mein usi institution ke upar focus karke study karungi.and entrance exam ki preparation bhi mein 11 or 12th mein hi karna chahti hoon. Mein ek successful robotics engineer Banna chahti hoon or mein chahti hoon ki akele ek robot ko banane ka capability mujhme ho.
