Performance should be similar in games but for productivity the Xeons will smash the 2700.

Hi, Sadly no as I don't have the CPU or a motherboard to support this chip, However as this chip is Westmere I think it will bottleneck RTX 3000 Series so much it wont be worth paying for it.

Looking at the numbers I'm getting here sadly yes they will bottleneck the 3090. But the performance considering these chips are from 2014 is still fantastic when you look at it from a value perspective. Nothing beats raw grunt and when you save so much money on the motherboard, ram, cpu etc... Spend it on raw graphics horse power. However if you can get one I believe the 3080 would be a better match.

@@mason11091 Thanks man, I'd have more out by now but the rise of Crypto has taken up alot of my computing resource again so it'll be delayed till a time where I can justify taking a 3090 off mining for a day.
