What makes anyone even assume that "live" should be interpreted to mean a single group take for either audio or video? This was clearly filmed via a large number of takes of each little scene, hence the constant visual camera cuts. All of that had to be done to a click track to be able to synchronize the video clips to whatever mangled, Frankenstein's monster of an audio mix someone cut to pieces and digitally manipulated out the wazoo. Her vocals aren't acoustically authentic, the instruments were almost certainly recorded as session tracks independent of vocals, and it all got synced to this silly video and labeled "live" so that fans are more willing to buy expensive tickets to see a magnificent performer.

She is definitely going down as one of the this upcoming generations best artist and will be one of the best iconic female artist in history. Her musical growth from her debut to future nostalgia based on the singles is completely insane Edit to 2022: she’s proven yall wrong look how she’s won a grammy and had momentous success in two years difference

Linaaa 23 Selena and Taylor are artist that have been in the industry a long time so they are not good examples. Because compared to the beginning of their careers they are wayyyyy more successful now. This is only dua’s second album. Ariana grande just had her first number 1 with her 5th album. As long as this album sounds better then her first she’s good. (It already does)

Such a light and pure pop and funky bass flow. Awesome arrangement. A little bit of 80's with nice piece of modern sound, and live strings! Perfect!

Her band is amazing, from instrumentals to their harmonics. And while her singing (itself) is like 99.5% the same as the studio recording, she's genuinely having fun playing her song, yes!! Thought this was a brilliantly directed and choreographed video.
