Funny you mention the Patriots. There's this soccer manager I always rooted for....he used to be the best in the business......these days he get's SOO much hate, everything he says misconstrued and blown out of proportion, media 'viciously' often against him.......and I've thought for a while...........what if the collective soup's balance DOESN'T want this guy to win anymore? Because he was a bit full of himsel, and is a divise character.....but his records are second to none......but he can't make his teams win big trophies anymore.........I've often thought.........it's the collective expectation that he is "finished", that is making him lose. Meanwhile, the more politically correct managers seem to be consistently at the top. I do feel it's no conincidence.
