I think the most frightening thing about this model is the steering and the instantaneous BLDC thrust at low starting speeds. I've driven this exact model before and didn't really like it for cruising, but for high speed use on long straight roads it's fine.

I found the steering to be pretty sketchy too, until I fitted a steering damper. It handles far better now. The thing I love most about this scooter is the acceleration. Some like it, some get used to it and others are scared off completely. I ended up tweaking the controllers with new 330uf caps, 120v 100a infineon fets, a bigger heat sink and some shunt tinning.. Now it's more jerky than ever!

On a straight stretch of road It does 105kmh/65mph fairly comfortably. Doesn't make for a very interesting video though. Do you know of a Dualtron model that goes faster? Besides the Storm Ltd
