I met Mr. Parham at the Star Theater in Southfield one year with my uncle Atty. Ralph Richardson, and he was performing, It was one of the coolest days of my life. This song was played heavily on WJZZ which I miss very much. Because not only it introduce me to Jazz music in the 70's but it gave me a sense of maturity as I grew older. I want to thank everyone at WJZZ and the Jazz World for creating my indelible memories of being a proud Detroiter through the good times and sad times. Thank You! RIP uncle Ralph ❤
