We sell free delivery within 500 miles of the ranch headquarters. This year's private treaty offering is a great one. The bulls are listed in the order in which they came out of the pens so there are quality bulls from start to finish. Hi just watched this from the uk great looking bulls,my late dad worked on a farm here ever since he had left school at 14, he had worked with sheep, poultry, pigs and finally before his passing on a suckler beef herd where he done all the routine tasks himself, dehorning, castration and vaccinations

Yes, Hereford cattle are shown in all major cattle shows and there are even exclusively Hereford only shows all across the United States. Herefords even rival Angus cattle in numbers of animals shown at most multi breed shows. Hereford cattle are the second largest registry of cattle in the world. Hereford cattle have a rich history in the old time west as the most populous cattle breed that goes back over 150 years now.

They are roughly a little over a year and a half old. They are playful, but anything with that much mass and muscle requires respect when being handled.

@@valeriepowell1736 I was raised on a huge farm in Northern Illinois. We had beef cattle, farrowed pigs, soy bean, corn, wheat , alfalfa crops‼️. We butchered right there too. 2 acre gardens, well water. It was the best life. We had a dairy herd, made butter, farm fresh eggs, fresh side. I regret not relishing every moment. I’m not that old. In the ‘70s. My kids were 4H and showed polled Hereford. Life was good. No vax threats. Now I’m a nurse , and life is totally different. That’s why I treasure my memories and this channel helps me to go down memory lane. 💜

@@brown_eyed1 I'm so jealous. I buy beef 4 miles from me and chickens 30 min. I can everything from jam to whole chicken. I'm older and wish I knew now what I did then...
