@@stupidboba92 I know you're not talking about reading comprehension because your username is quite apt for you 💀 I specifically mentioned that she needs more of the *PISTACHIO STUFF IN THE FILLING* , which means that the ratio of pistachio butter to kunafa pastry was off. Because right now she has too much pastry and very little pistachio butter which would make the filling taste dry and not very flavorful. Whereas the creator is talking about how she didn't put enough *FILLING INSIDE THE CHOCOLATE* . She is talking about the ratio of filling to chocolate i.e. there was not enough filling to balance the whole thing so the chocolate most likely overpowered the flavour of the filling. TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS & TWO VERY DIFFERENT RATIOS. I hope that was clear enough for you.

It wasn’t that you didn’t put enough filling, you used waaaaay too much chocolate. Idk if you didn’t want to spend money on a mold, but it would’ve been a good idea to get one in order to make the chocolate bar correctly. Everyone else that I’ve seen make this uses a mold in order to get the chocolate shell/casing, that way they can pour the excess chocolate out and it’s no big deal.

It's like if you took shredded wheat , the big ones, broke it up and fried it with some oil til golden brown. The one I'm gonna make uses pistachio butter but you can you any kind of nut butter you like. Add to fried shredded wheat. I'll add pistachio pieces too. Put aside. Melt chocolate of your liking Pour (1/2 ) into parchment lined 8x8 pan in thin layer, but not too thin as this is the bottom layer. Add nut butter mixture to top of chocolate Pour remaining chocolate on top of mixture Add chopped pistachios to top Put into refrigerator till cool Cut onto bars *** not sure of amounts, but I've seen a few of these. Check out KZbin. That pastry/pasta can be found in a meditarrian food store or specialty section I've heard. Looks easy and sooooo good
