Could you please post, exact maps/direction/ floors/terminals you had to go through AFTER landing at Dubai from YYZ to go to hotel? Which hotel? From airport where did you get transportation ?! Thanks

Don’t worry. Once you land and exit airport you will go through immigration where they will give you visa and sim. Once you get it just ask for the Emirates 🇦🇪 helpdesk the will guide you to the vehicle and also inform you about frequency. It is simple. Let me know how it goes with you

Hi depends on how busy the counters are. For us it took close to 45-50 min and we were there 3 hours before at the airport

Hi when you go to online portal it will show if you have Dubai connect. Also just call Emirates they will surely help. Easiest and fastest

Its very confusing, i have 22 hour layover along with departure and arrival both flights are emirates including round trip but they told me your flight ticket price are not qualified its should be higher price ticket for free hotel stay and visa

@@canadatriedandtestedoriginal so travel to india via dubai from london. As per they minimum fare requirements they told me like for ticket i been paid 700£ for round trip and they told its should be minimum 1050£ or more to be qualified dubai connect offer. Anyways my departure and arrival both are by Emirates including round trip and stay more than 8 hour but this new hidden conditions.

Hello can you tell me if my flight is booked from Canada via Dubai n my first flight was air canada but after I have emrirates as via connecting I have only air canada from canada airport i am still eligible for this as my layover is 10hours

Hi both flight booking needs to be with Emirates. Can you check once sometimes airlines have tie up where even though you book (say Emirates), one leg is done by Air Canada . Best would be to call Emirates once

In our case we booked checked in to end destination so all we carried is carry on and hand baggage. Hope this helps

Dubai Connect is very misleading! I have a flight from BLR to the US through Dubai which has a 10 hour layover. There are no other connecting flight out of Dubai to the US with a shorter layover. Emirate told me if I took a later flight from BLR to Dubai, then the layover would be shorter therefore it doesn't qualify. So it's not just the connecting flight. If there is a departing flight from your originating city that results in a shorter connecting time, then you don't qualify. This is really stupid because if I could take a different flight leaving BLR, I would. Because I can't leave BLR later, I don't qualify.
