Now a days reference works to find a job even in middle east until and unless you have a most demanding profession and education, i am masters in finance and have 10 years of experience in accounts and finance including KSA experience, i am applying from past 1 year on LinkedIn, my resume, work experience and communication is also very influential but still unable to find the job.. to find a job you need reference...
