Charnise Wells I can answer this, not all Arabs are Muslims. Also, yes it isn’t illegal (at least in Dubai or where I’m from- Iraq, we DO NOT have sharia law lol) ALSO, as a Muslim, it is preferred but not compulsory, for example I wear short tops with jeans. It’s more about skin showing for most of us.
