Will definitely do! Just so much happening right now as I mentioned in this video. It’s kinda hard to slow down and reflect when things are fast-paced at the moment if that makes sense. That being said, I looked back at my older video about mental health a while ago and I immediately was like “waaait, I need to refilm that”. So it definitely crossed my mind already! Will make sure to shoot that and share with you. 😊

Haha not skinny, just back to my “normal” self. I weigh 70kg 😊 To be honest, nothing crazy - I cut out alcohol and started prioritizing protein and stopped having breakfast (my body just stopped craving it). So I I eat from like 1pm to 10/11pm in that window basically. That’s all! 😁

@@imbrigita I would never tell its 70. 58kgs tops (legs!) 🙂. Alcohol and sweets make helluva difference in a diet. I see it by myself. Good for U. It's not easy to prioritize proteins and change one's habits. Congrats!
