In this episode we visit the Dubai waterfront Fish Market located in the Deira Corniche. It is the best place to buy fresh fish in Dubai and UAE. The area spans roughly 100,000 square metres. There is a humongous variety and selection of fresh seafood on display.
The market has also an area where the customers can have their fish cleaned or cut as per preference.
One can also buy the fish and hand it over to a nearby grill restaurant where they will prepare your seafood for a cost and serve it to you by the waterfront.

For the yellow tail fish it’s called the Twobar Seabream or Faskara bintalnokhza. It has like a mild, sweet flavor with a medium-firm texture and medium fat content. The raw flesh is like a opaque pink in color
