I have a question! How do you prevent product pilling/balling up when using oils? I tried using argan oil over my snail serums, toners etc and product always seems to ball up on my face. I've even tried waiting longer during steps but I still experience product balling up

I've always held the belief that proper nutrition will make you skin glow with vitality. Personally I drink fruit juices and I eat mixed salad. Also aim to walk 5.1kms per day. Also I avoid alcohol, caffeine **cough**, tobacco (obviously), sugar, and high stress. Also getting enough sleep is crucial to being healthy. Which I guess is something thats difficult if your flying. The latest substance I want to wein off is milk. I had a cho-leste-rol test which wasn't ideal hence the reason I want to stop drinking milk. Caffeine and those other substances is a anti-catalyst which they say blocks the uptake of vitamins & mineral. I think earing seeds is good also.because their packed with goodies and they're easy to eat as snacks. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds ... I've been eating rolled oats most of my life. I swear by it. It's powerful food and an excellent source of carbohydrate. I put o.j. on my oats. I think poached eggs are very good source of protein. Anyway if your looking for nutritional info. 😉👍 Take care.

Unfortunately, tattoos that are visible outside the uniform are not allowed. We do have long sleeve blouses but they're only for adhoc situations for example a temporary medical condition. God bless!

Hi Dubai Maven you definitely need to try Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation either cream, stick or their new waterproof one, its by far the best foundation out there. I've tried Dior Airflash, Burberry, Chanel, Giorgio, Guerlain,and some drug store but I always go back to MUFE Ultra HD. Btw I just came across your video and I'm glad I found it.
