Dublin Cathedral, Ireland: The Princes in the Tower: The New Evidence (Channel 4, Brinkworth Productions). Historian Matthew Lewis introduces Rob Rinder to the important and overlooked figure of Richard III's heir, John de la Pole, Earl of Lincoln, and his role in the coronation of Edward V, the elder Prince in the Tower. Edward was crowned in Dublin Cathedral on Sunday 27th May 1487. He was 16. Following Henry VII's repeal of Titulus Regius in January 1486, Edward's claim now superseded that of his cousin, Lincoln (age 27). Twelve-year old Edward, Earl of Warwick, held by King Henry in the Tower of London, was barred from the throne by attainder.
