I just love when these historic homes are preserved and honoured like this. We need to stay in touch with our history and remember the people and times that came before.

It’s a beautiful historic home. I like the furnishings. Always love hearing the history of old places like this. It’s cool they have old photos blown up for peeps to see. Old pics are awesome anyway, but even cooler when they pertain to a place you’re touring/exploring. Really love the newspaper clippings added into the vid. That’s kind of like seeing old pics. Great job on the tour and info.

This is awesome! ♥️ I am so glad they clarified how the name is pronounced. I have seen on Facebook discussions on how their name should be pronounced. Of course if you grew up in this area the way they are saying it is how we have always pronounced it. I was at the house not very long ago looking in from the outside. It surely didn’t seem at all like it appears here. I’m wondering how long ago they had it ready for tours. Great job on the video! 😊
